Shape
Disguised by simple things,
the world starts to exist for the moment
Outside, the kids are playing with the tapestry of the rain
twisting their wisp of hope
into the shape of this dream
Inside, words that can spin the earth are lying flat
waiting to be filled with mundane experiences
A new beginning is worn by this body
who walked through the door to touch the dream
It has fallen asleep
On this shapeless existence
the world starts to exist for the moment
Outside, the kids are playing with the tapestry of the rain
twisting their wisp of hope
into the shape of this dream
Inside, words that can spin the earth are lying flat
waiting to be filled with mundane experiences
A new beginning is worn by this body
who walked through the door to touch the dream
It has fallen asleep
On this shapeless existence
